Home office revamp

Hubby and I have our own home offices and I recently decided to revamp mine. When we bought our house I chose this room as my study/office as it had all the space I needed and it also has an en-suite. I’m very happy with my WFH space - the afternoon sunshine that floods in after lunchtime each day and the view of our garden.

Hubby has the bigger room for his study as he has an extra desk for processing photographs and editing videos for our YouTube channel. We also keep some gym equipment in his study so he needs the extra space!

These are the before pictures of my home office.

I wanted to paint a feature wall in a calming light green shade.

And yes hubby offered to help!

The light green is beautiful and I decided to use some wall decals to compliment the freshly painted feature wall.

We assembled a set of 2 drawers to go next to my desk.

I bought this ladder shortly after we moved and it goes very well with my home office.

Paint, wall decals and the set of drawers made a huge difference without costing alot. I’m super happy with the end result.
