5 of my favourite TV series

Some series are so good you can watch them again and again. Often referred to as comfort shows these are my 5 favourite TV series.

FRIENDS

Even though I’ve watched the entire series multiple times I still find it so enjoyable. Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Ross, Chandler and Joey are great characters throughout every season and each made the series entertaining from start to finish.

SCHITT’S CREEK

I binge watched this series a few years ago - it is hilarious and the characters are amazing. When Johnny, Moira, David and Alexis Rose lose everything they are forced to go to live in a run down motel in a town called Schitt’s Creek. Bought by Johnny as a joke years before, this town becomes their new home.

This is one of my ultimate favourite shows and I love re-watching it.

THE MIDDLE

The Heck family consist of Mike, Frankie, Axl, Sue and Brick living in Orsen, Indiana. While chaos reigns and not much goes according to plan the family stick together and make the most of each situation. It is a really sweet show. Mike and Frankie are complete opposites but both want the best for each other and their family.

SEX AND THE CITY

I watched each season and both movies and thoroughly enjoyed watching Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte as they navigated love, life and careers in New York City. Each character’s personality was different and watching their journeys (while they wore stunning fashion) was entertaining.

big bang theory

Another series with great characters. Leonard, Sheldon, Howard, Rajesh, Penny, Bernadette and Amy are so entertaining. I was sorry when the series ended even though I did watch a few seasons of Young Sheldon afterwards which is a spinoff.
